Plus, I will help guide you to purchase your own domain name, and tell you where you can purchase an inexpensive hosting package. After I build it for you, the web site is yours to do with as you wish, I will give you all access codes – should you decide not to be listed on PortraitPainters.net, you keep your website.

After the first year, you can renew your listing on PortraitPainters.net for $75.00 per year.
You can also choose to renew your listing on Portraitpainters.net and have me continue to maintain your web site for $199.00 per year.

Directory listing requirments: Your web site must meet or exceed the following criteria:
* You must be a Portrait Painter to be listed.
* Must have Artist Bio page with photo of artist and basic information.
* You must list prices you charge for portraits.
* Contact and ordering information.
* Shipping information.

Submitting Photos of work:
The fastest way to submit photos is for you to scan them and save them as .jpg files, and then email them to me: “[email protected]”.
You can also send photos by snailmail with your check or money order. Please DO NOT send slides, they don’t scan very well. If you want the photos back, please send a self addressed stamped envelope with them and I will scan them and then mail them back to you.

Submitting Bio:
The best way is to email the information the way you want it written.
In addition to your Bio please include a section on pricing, your location, how you should be contacted by clients and links to your own web site (if you have one).
Also please provide a copy of your signature the way you would like it to be seen on your pages, this can be digital or a hand written signature on an 8.5×11 piece of paper.

PortraitPainters.net also reserves the right to remove sites and artists listed for free at any time they so choose. Paid listings are under contract by annual basis, PortraitPainters.net reserves the right to choose to renew or not to renew contracts at the end of their terms.
